Trademark Appeal/TTAB

Trademark applications that have been rejected by an Examiner in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office can be appealed to the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) or appealed to a U.S. Federal District Court or the Federal Circuit Court (C.A.F.C.).  Also, during the examination process, the registration of a trademark application can be opposed during the publication phase through a petition for Opposition to the TTAB.  In addition, a registered trademark can be challenged through a petition for Cancelation to the TTAB.
